This policy explains how USA Houses LLC ("USA Houses," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information on USAHouseBuilders.com. USA Houses LLC also operates USAHouses.com and NewUSAHouses.com.

When you submit a request, we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, the location where you want to live or build, the type of home you're considering, budget range, timeline, financing status, land ownership, features you want, and anything else you choose to tell us. Builders, real estate professionals and advertisers may also give us company, website, market and licensing information.
Information collected automatically
We record how you arrived at and used the site so we can understand which pages and campaigns are useful. This includes the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, referring websites, campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), general device type, and the time of your request. If you'd rather we not share your request with third parties, tell us in the "Anything else we should know?" box or contact us, and we'll respond to you directly.
