What a feed can include
Feed spec version 1.0. Every record carries its own updated_at timestamp, and every price carries a price_as_of date.
Communities
Name, address or city and state, coordinates, status, age restriction, amenities, HOA and price range.

Refresh
Feeds refresh on a schedule we agree with you; daily is recommended. Inventory homes and incentives past their end date, or not refreshed in seven days, are marked as needing confirmation instead of shown as current.
Review
New feeds are validated and spot-checked against your website before anything publishes, and every published record keeps its source and timestamp.
