What this site is

USAHouseBuilders.com is an online platform that helps people explore home-building options and connect with builders, communities and new-home resources. USA Houses LLC is a media and advertising company. It is not a home builder, lender or real estate brokerage, and it does not build homes, make loans or represent buyers or sellers.

No guarantee of results

Submitting a request does not guarantee a builder match, price, incentive, financing, lot, home or availability of any kind. Builder participation and market availability vary by location and change over time. Any information about builders, communities, homes, prices or incentives on this site or our network sites is provided for general information, may change without notice, and should be confirmed directly with the builder or seller.

Licensed services

Any licensed real estate service or referral is handled through an appropriately licensed brokerage or professional, as required by law. Advertising and platform services offered by USA Houses LLC are separate from brokerage services. Any agreement you make with a builder, lender, agent or other professional is solely between you and that party.

Advertising and builder programs

Some builders, communities and businesses may pay for advertising, featured placement or other programs on our network. Paid placements are identified as such. Program details, pricing and availability are provided on request, vary by market, and are subject to a separate written agreement.

Affiliate links

Some links, such as those to BOXABL, are affiliate links, and USA Houses LLC may earn a commission when you use them. They are labeled "Advertisement" and do not mean the company is a builder partner of USA Houses LLC.

Builder directory and profiles

Builder names, community counts and state coverage come from public new-home community records tracked on NewUSAHouses.com and are dated on each page. A listed or unclaimed profile does not mean the builder is affiliated with, endorsed by or a customer of USA Houses LLC. Rankings such as "most communities tracked" are editorial and not paid. Builders may claim and correct their profiles after verification.

Feeds

Builders who submit community, plan, inventory, price or incentive data confirm they have the right to share it and that it is accurate as of its timestamp. We may decline, delay or mark as needing confirmation any record that fails validation or goes stale.

Your submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Don't submit information about another person without their permission. We may decline to respond to requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or automated.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, submitting spam, or accessing it in ways that violate law.

Third-party websites

Links to builder, community and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Houses LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any builder, professional or advertiser.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
